Order Cancellation

 

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund without any additional fees. Standard returns apply once the product has shipped.

Not Received Goods:

 

If you have successfully placed an order but have not yet received your goods, and the tracking status shows "delivered," you need to contact the carrier to locate your package. Once a package is packed, we have no control over its transportation (once it is handed over to the carrier). If the problem persists, please email us and we will do our best to assist you.
